We can’t believe it’s been one year since GuideStar debuted the Platinum Seal of Transparency.
When we first launched Platinum, we had an eager group of early adopters who wanted to share their progress and key results in a clear and concise manner. Now, we are immensely proud to announce that more than 2,000 organizations have earned a Platinum Seal, and that that number is increasing daily.
While we can’t provide chocolate cake and birthday hats to all who have made this day special, we would like to contribute something in return for all of the great work we’ve witnessed over the past year.
We’re excited to offer a $500 donation to a randomly selected organization that has a Platinum Seal by 5 p.m. PT on Thursday, June 15. The winner will be notified on Friday, June 16. To be entered to win, all you need to do is have the Platinum Seal of Transparency. Read the official rules
Need help along the way? Not to worry! We are hosting a work session to walk through the Seals of Transparency on Tuesday, June 6. Register here! Ready to dive in now? Check out this step-by-step guide on how to earn Platinum.
Be on the lookout for more birthday blog posts within the next few weeks. Tomorrow, we will be highlighting the progress the sector has made so far and where we think it’s headed next.
